A rare pair of Italian mid-century modern chairs circa 1950s in the style of Paolo Buffa. A dark brown stain and a luxurious 100% mohair upholstery fabric give these chairs a modern but timeless look that can easily fit in any interior. The quality of craftsmanship would be difficult to replicate today. The sheen and color of the mohair (priced at over $400/yard) is impossible to capture through photos. This pair is truly exceptional! All the cushions have been rebuild for comfort and the chairs were recently reupholstered and refinished.
